Welcome to EZiRL! By accessing or purchasing from our store (www.ezirl.com), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.


1. Overview

EZiRL provides high-performance IRL streaming equipment and server solutions for content creators. Our products are designed to help you go live from anywhere with reliable, pre-configured technology.

By using our site or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use our services or products.


2. Eligibility

To purchase from EZiRL, you must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian. By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.


3. Products & Services

We sell physical hardware (IRL backpacks, server units) and virtual services (OBS setup, streaming support). Some products are added to our own server racks and hosted remotely on your behalf.

  • No Monthly Fees: Most servers are sold with lifetime hosting and no recurring costs unless otherwise stated.

  • Custom Configuration: All products are pre-configured to your specifications before shipment.

  • Ownership: Physical products you purchase belong to you. Hosted server units remain property of EZiRL and are licensed to you as a hosted service.


4. Orders & Payment

All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Accepted payment methods may include credit/debit cards, PayPal, or other secure gateways.

  • Handling Fees: Orders may include handling fees to cover packaging and shipping costs.

  • Taxes: Prices do not include applicable taxes or import duties unless specified.


5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship within the U.S. and internationally where permitted.

  • Shipping Timeframes: We aim to ship within 5–10 business days for custom builds. Times may vary.

  • Tracking: You will receive tracking information when your order ships.

  • Lost/Damaged Items: Contact us immediately if your item is lost or arrives damaged. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue.


6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our custom-configured products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds except in cases of:

  • Items damaged in transit

  • Manufacturer defects on arrival

  • Inability to deliver due to verified error on our part

If eligible, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details.


7. Warranty

We provide a 90-day limited warranty on hardware, covering manufacturer defects. This does not include damage due to misuse, modification, or wear and tear. Extended support may be offered on a case-by-case basis.


8. Use of Services

By using our hosted services or software configurations, you agree not to:

  • Tamper with or attempt to reverse-engineer systems

  • Share login credentials without permission

  • Use the equipment for illegal or harmful purposes

EZiRL reserves the right to suspend access to hosted services for violation of these terms.


9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EZiRL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or service in question.


10. Modifications

EZiRL may update these Terms of Service at any time. We’ll notify users of significant changes on our website. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.


11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States. Any disputes shall be handled in the courts located in Clark County, WA.
